New Dining Experiences at Carlton Hotel Singapore

Carlton Hotel Singapore welcomes the new year with a series of new, curated dining experiences across its flagship stores. These include a Hong Kong-themed lunch buffet on weekdays, a convenient coffee set for $10 for working professionals, and a casual meal for $38 per person on Sundays at TUX Bar & Lounge.

The new Hong Kong Kitchen Lunch Buffet will be available at Café Mosaic from Monday to Friday, from 12 noon to 2:30 p.m. Inspired by iconic Hong Kong favorites and classic street food, the buffet is priced at S$58 per adult and $18 per child.

Some must-try menu highlights include seafood on ice, a selection of Hong Kong dim sum, a live cooking station featuring Hong Kong French Toast and Roast Pork Belly, a DIY Muah Chee station, and more. Adult diners can also enjoy a 30% discount with Citibank, DBS/POSB, or UOB cards, making this package an ideal choice for corporate lunches, group meetings, and casual weekday dining.

Meanwhile, Tuxedo Café & Pâtisserie introduces two new offerings designed for guests on the go, whether they want to start their day on a high note or enjoy a satisfying midday break. Available from 7 to 10 a.m. for $10, the Brew & Bake package combines freshly brewed coffee with a choice of Croissant, Almond Croissant, Pain au Chocolat, Muffin, or Pain au Raisin.

The Go-Getter package, available all day, offers a choice of Chicken Caprese, Tuna Melt, or Buffalo Cheese Tomato Panini served with a fresh cup of coffee or tea for $15 per set. Or, there's Bubbly Sundays at TUX Bar & Lounge, which invites guests to enjoy a relaxing afternoon with free-flow Pol Rémy Sparkling Wine for two hours for $38 per person, available from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Guests who prefer a single glass of wine are offered $8 each.

As part of Equator's reopening, the poolside bar is introducing an all-day Beers & Bites promotion exclusively for in-house guests. This offer encourages guests to relax and enjoy their stay with a bucket of cold Tiger beer, priced at $30 for three cans or $40 for five cans, paired with a choice of fries, crispy potato wedges, or succulent chicken wings for an additional $5.
